I am looking for a fresh start. I am on a health journey, fitness wise. I work full time Monday to Friday so I will be away most of the day. Non-drinker, if I do drink it’s a special occasion (wedding, birthday etc). I don’t smoke. Happy go lucky tenant. Reliable and good with communication, pay on time with rent. I also have 50/50 Care of my 3 daughters ages 3, 6 and 8 and looking for a safe environment to spend time with them. I am an active and awesome organized mama - you wouldn’t even know that they are there.
I also have references upon request. I’m an early riser, and will be late home. Rent is negotiable.
