I’m a part time student who is also currently working, and would prefer to live closer to the city if possible but am ok with living a little out of town in areas like Miramar, Island Bay etc. I would prefer a room that has some furniture such as a bed as I don’t currently have my own, and I do have a car so I would need somewhere that had parking available.
