Hello! My name is Traci, I am a mature woman (43) looking for either a furnished or unfurnished room in the Tauranga area. I am a Nursing student, so I spend quite a lot of my time buried in my books but do enjoy the occasional shared dinner. I am respectful, quiet (not into parties at all), tidy and always pay rent on time. I also have a very well house trained gorgeous, very fluffy 3yr old Burmese Ragdoll x, and will cover the cost of carpet cleaning on exit of tenancy.
