My wife and I are relocating to Wellington for work and are seeking a room and ensuite or self contained dwelling, ideally with an owner-occupier or single person/other couple. We are homeowners and will treat your property with the utmost respect. Happy to share communal areas but we are not looking for flats as we prefer our own space. We are both full time working professionals, chill, tidy and respectful. Our hobbies include camping, fishing, hunting, or anything in the outdoors. I am a FAL holder, and must meet storage requirements wherever I live, happy to discuss the requirements of this.
