Im 48yo male looking for a place that has enough room for an office (or a space that can be converted to an office). While i have an office to go to i prefer to WFH. I have a fulltime job and get out and about across Northland.
Im looking to share a place with one other and i dont mind if it is a single mum or dad with kids. It can be tough out there for single parents so im happy to help share the financial load if you are happy to share a place?
I am in and out of the house often and at all hours for work but i am respectful of those i am sharing the space with. I volunteer in sport, play golf (terribly) and fish off the beach/rocks when i can.
