Hello!
Currently living in Pakuranga but looking to move closer to work (Ellerslie/Remuera). I work in radiology, have stable income and work from home at least once a week but most of my work days are spent on site as I manage 9 clinics across Auckland. I am respectful of others space, adaptable and easy to get on with. I’m super tidy and also like to clean up after myself ready for the next person to use the shared space. I can be a vibe, social and outgoing but also enjoy a lot of downtime to rest from an exhausting day/week of work. Im a pretty busy/on-the-go kinda person on a daily so you may not see much of me.
When you do get to see me, I am super chill, social and very friendly. Easy to chat with and enjoy a good laugh! Open to flatting activities also 🙂
I have good references from a property manager and past landlords, if need.
Note: Open to increase my budget depending on the room if there is an ensuite + own entrance. Otherwise, not too fussed.
