Hello 😊 I’m currently looking for a room or small self-contained unit to rent while I search for a long-term rental that suits my family.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easygoing, and I’m hoping to find a calm and comfortable place to stay during this transition.

A little about me:

I previously worked in real estate in Blenheim for 7 years as a sales consultant, so I have a strong understanding of how important it is to respect a property and maintain a good relationship with landlords and housemates.

Due to a change in circumstances, I moved into a different career path and am now self-employed in the retail industry, running my own business selling designer handbags, clothing, accessories, and home décor.

I have three sons (20, 19, and 13). My two older boys are off doing their own thing these days and I’m definitely not in their top 10 friends anymore 😅. My youngest still thinks I’m cool enough to hang out with sometimes, and he usually stays with me every second weekend, so I’d ideally need a place where that would be okay.

As a tenant I am:

• Responsible and reliable with rent • Clean, tidy, and respectful of other people’s space • Quiet and drama-free • Property conscious (old real estate habits never leave!) • Easy to communicate with I can also provide excellent previous rental references upon request.

I’m simply looking for a safe, peaceful place to land for a little while as I sort out my next long-term home. If you think your place might be suitable, I’d love to hear from you.
