Hi Hope you’re having a great day! My friend Yuto and I are writing to express our interest in your flat. We are both from Japan on Working Holiday visas and are looking for a place to stay starting from 14 April.  Good news — we have already secured full-time employment, so we can guarantee stable and timely rent payments. About Us: We have a strong background in professional and hospitality roles. We previously co-founded and managed a restaurant and guesthouse in Japan for three years, and also worked as waiters in high-end hotel restaurants.
