31 year old female (new grad vet nurse) looking for a large unfurnished room in the Gisborne area. I have my own furniture. I’m generally quiet but enjoy being sociable while also respecting others’ space. I’m tidy, clean up after myself, and always pay rent on time. I don’t smoke or drink. I have a 5 year old female cat who is very sweet and low maintenance. She’s trained for both indoor and outdoor living. Ideally, I’d prefer to live with females or in a household of couples.
