I’m looking for a place close to Wellington city that feels like a home. Ensuite or own bathroom would be ideal, but budget is a bit limited, so happy to consider different options. Somewhere with evening sun preferred and with good parking!

Ideally would like to fit a desk in my room or have somewhere I can work from home, which basically only happens during our, seemingly increasing, state of emergency days.

I’m a light sleeper, so a place that is quite quiet between at least 11pm and 7am during the week would be great.

I’m up for a chat, laugh, and debrief after work, but equally happy to entertain myself and have downtime. Enjoy good food and coffee, so a half decent kitchen would be nice!

I’m an Animal lover though with no pets of my own currently, so would be more than happy to live with cats and/or dogs. I’m used to extra large dogs and dogs that shed a lot. Have also previously owned horses.

I’m a keen grower of edible produce and enjoy spending time outside in the sun, so a bonus if the place has a garden.

Also love the sea. In an ideal world, sea view or close to the coast would be great, but most importantly, I’m looking to find a flat with the right vibe/people and hopefully enough space to relax and enjoy an occasional lazy day at home.
