Moving to Wellington to be closer to family. Looking for a great place thats mellow and relaxed and has plenty greenery and culture. I own a house in Hamilton and often list on here for boarders so thought this could be good to find a place for me to transition down. Will be bringing a teenager, two small dogs (one smaller than the cat) and one ragdoll cat. If you looking for responsible tenant/boarders then message. Place doesn’t have to be supper fancy .
