I am clean and tidy, I prefer personal space with the occasional conversation, I don’t have parties, I don’t smoke and I rarely have guests. I come with my cat who is neutered and friendly, he is a little shy at first. I usually stay in my own space such as my room playing video games and drawing. I work full time and am punctual with payments. I have a few kitchen appliances, such as a microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans and utensils, I have a TV cabinet and a 65 inch TV all available to share, or storage space available to store said items safely.
