My wife and I are a married couple from Japan moving to Wellington in September. I will be starting a PhD at Victoria University of Wellington, and my wife will work.

We are clean, quiet, respectful, and non-smokers. We enjoy a peaceful home environment and always pay rent on time. As we are planning to stay in Wellington for several years, we are looking for a long-term place where we can become reliable and considerate flatmates.
