I’m currently studying for a Master of Nursing at the University of Waikato. I’ll be completing an 11-week clinical placement at a nursing home in Te Puke, so I’m looking for accommodation from 12 July to 26 September. I’m a quiet, respectful, and tidy person who will be living on my own. I don’t smoke, I don’t party, and I always keep shared spaces clean and tidy. Most of my time will be spent on placement or studying, so I’m easy to live with and have a routine. I’m responsible, reliable, and always pay rent on time.
