We’re a couple moving from India to Wellington on 9 September. One of us is a Chartered Accountant moving over on a work visa, while the other is a Data Scientist who will be studying for a Master’s at VUW.
We’ve lived in Sydney for two years and have been responsible, clean and respectful tenants throughout our stay. We’ve always paid our rent on time and have taken good care of the property, keeping both our home and shared spaces clean and tidy. We’re considerate of our neighbours and easygoing to live with.
We’re looking for a comfortable place to settle into for the longer term, preferably for 12 months or more, and would need accommodation from 9 September onwards. We’d treat the home as our own and would be happy to provide rental references if required.
