Hey there! I’m Tino, a postgraduate student starting my Master of Development Studies Feb 2027 at Victoria University while working as a project coordinator in the international development/MEAL space. I’m looking for a warm, relaxed, and tidy flat within walking distance or an easy bus ride to campus (Kelburn, Aro Valley, Te Aro, Mount Cook, or CBD). My budget is up to $300/week.

Day-to-day, I keep busy with my studies and work, so home is definitely a sanctuary to reset. I value clear communication, shared cleanliness, and mutual respect for quiet hours. That said, I’m always keen for a casual yarn over tea or dinner with flatmates.
