Hey everyone! I’m Gemma, a 24y old female moving from Calgary, Canada to Auckland in November to start a full-time engineering job at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.

I’m looking for another girl ideally around my age who might be interested in teaming up to find a nice two-bedroom apartment or townhouse in East Auckland. I’m also open to joining an existing flat if it’s a good fit!

I love hiking, climbing, exploring the outdoors, sports, and trying new things. I’m super excited to explore New Zealand, meet new people, and hopefully make some friends!

I’m pretty easygoing, tidy, and respectful of other people’s space. I’d love to live with someone who is friendly and sociable, happy to occasionally hang out or do things together, but also enjoys their own independence. I’m super okay with any pets.

What I’m looking for:

• Ideally a two-bedroom place with one other girl, but open to other arrangements with females
• Somewhere in East Auckland, ideally within cycling distance of East Tāmaki (Botany, Flat Bush, Howick, or surrounding areas)
• Budget around $250-$350/week for my share
• Looking to move in late November or early December

One thing worth mentioning, since I’m moving from Canada, I’ll occasionally have family/friends/boyfriend visiting, so I’d love to find someone who’s okay with that, and I’d be super happy for you to have visitors too!
