Hey all, I’m putting the feelers out for a new home from early December onwards 🐙

I’m a 33y/o support worker that values silliness, curiosity, levity and direct communication. I work in the hutt and use my car a lot so nearby parking is a must.

In my downtime I make beats (at appropriate hours or with headphones), write, read and surf when I can. I like my alone time but I enjoy flat missions, gardening, cooking and feeding people, movie nights, deep chats and shit yarns in equal measure, the odd party or gig and getting lost in The Bit (for the sake of The Lore).

My ideal space would be calm, clean and quiet at night (I suck at sleeping). I’d like to live with people who enjoy each other’s company and value a sense of community and connectedness in their home. Flat dinners, sun, a garden and proximity to Lyall Bay are all wishlist items.

My budget is around $250 but can be flexible for the right place. I have to give 28 days notice at my current place so looking to lock in something that works on both ends. No deadline at this stage but hoping to find something before December.
