Hi everyone

My husband and I (professional couple) are looking for a professional single to rent a room in our home. Room available from beginning of July until the beginning of January (negotiable) . Ideally someone who is tidy, sensible and respectful of our new build. It is in the Meadows, Richmond.

It is a spacious home, with two living areas and a good sized kitchen. Living areas are fully furnished. You will have your own bathroom!

x1 off street car park and x1 on street car park.

Walking distance to the cafes/bars/restaurants/silky otter/dairy. $260 PW for a single (including expenses) or $310 for a couple. Ideally someone in their 20s. So there will be three people total in the house.

It is just me and my husband. We both work full time. He work’s for a drainage company and I am a primary teacher. We are both friendly, tidy and also respect your own time.
