This modern three-bedroom home is well-equipped with an HRV ventilation system, an electric stove, and double-glazed windows, ensuring a warm and comfortable living environment throughout winter.

The property is relatively new, and we have been the first tenants to live here. It features two bathrooms—one private ensuite attached to the master bedroom and one shared bathroom for the remaining bedrooms.

The house is kept clean and tidy, with all tenants contributing to a weekly cleaning routine to maintain a comfortable and welcoming living environment.

The room is fully furnished and includes a double bed, study desk, bedside table with lamp, and a cabinet. It also features a built-in wardrobe, providing ample storage space. (The room is actually more spacious than what is shown in the photo!)

The current flatmates are all in our 30s and include one female PhD student, along with a Chinese couple (I am a PhD student working part-time and my partner is studying English).

We’re a friendly, respectful, and considerate household that values a peaceful living environment. Everyone is mindful of each other’s space and routines, and we generally go about our own day-to-day activities. Occasionally, we’ll spend time in the shared areas cooking, chatting, or watching TV together, but the house is typically quiet by 11:00 pm or much earlier on weekdays, making it an ideal home for students and working professionals alike.
