Furnished semi-detached cabin set up for boarding position on a rural lifestyle block for one person only. One cabin with queen bed and drawers + toilet/shower block + adjacent portacom with kitchenette and table/chairs and some cooking items. Would ideally prefer female tenant (and don’t hate on me for that personal preference). As part of the deal there is some work to be done including feeding and tending to a small number of animals & pets, and to look after the small lifestyle property while owner is away from time to time. There is also other potential work available around the property that could either work off some rent or earn some extra income. The room is for one person only, although occasional guest may be allowed but not full time. Absolutely no pets allowed, and no smoking inside or where smoke or smell of smoke can enter buildings. There could be some internet available but will be limited. If you are interested come look at it and we can try work out a deal that suits both parties as it is more important to get the right person than $$$ as the $150/week is not hard and fast, and depending on what the tenant wants to do will decide what the actual weekly boarding fee is.
Owner lives in house <100m but cabins are quite private from house, but sheds and vehicles park near cabins. Owner is 63yr male, and a dog.
