We were previously renting this unit for $470 per week, but have decided to end our tenancy for the entire property earlier than planned due to personal circumstances.
We’re looking for someone to rent the unit on a short-term basis until August 13th. New tenants will hopefully be taking over the tenancy for the property from mid-August.
No pets, no kids, no smoking.
Power needs to be set up separately by tenants.
Please note that previously arranged viewings for prospective tenants of the entire property will still be taking place during this period.
