Kia ora and welcome to my home, which I’ve fully renovated over the years! It’s fully insulated, double glazed, has a moisture system, heat pump.

The room is a double size, with single wardrobe. The room is furnished (bed, tallboy and side table) but can also be unfurnished if you like. You can simply walk in with your clothes, everything else is provided for. So it would suit someone who wants short to medium term. Student or workers. I’m open to long term as well.

Got a large kitchen, lounge and huge deck off the front with outdoor fireplace which is great for chilling around! The bathroom is fully tiled. Plenty of off street parking, and garage space if needed.

We’re located down a quiet cul-de-sac street, in a fully fenced and secure property.

Im in my 30s, professional full time worker. I am a Training Manager and love my role helping to grow and develop people. I travel around a bit for work and personal experiences. I’ve got 2 dogs and 1 cat which love cuddles and attention.

We also have an airbnb room - happy to share all the details of it, but we get great quiet guests that don’t interfere much with our daily living.

Looking for someone who enjoys people, loves a chat (but also respects personal space), a drink here and there. Obviously clean and tidy, but is easy going and wants stress free living!
