We’re looking for two flatmates to join us in North Shores lovely Devonport (half way between the village and Belmont). Move-in date is early August - the date is flexible.

It’s a character bungalow with beautiful wooden floors and vibrant colours with kitchen, fridge, washing machine, one bathroom/toilet, spacious lounge and huge wooden deck overlooking a lush tropical garden. Common areas are fully furnished.

It’s quiet and a great location, an easy five minute walk to bus stop. There are multiple safe off-street parking spaces.

🛏️The Rooms $270/week plus expenses Opportunity for both rooms to be rented out to one person.

Move in costs - 4 weeks’ rent for bond 😊 One week rent in advance

We are looking for people who are friendly, responsible and tidy (who clean up after themselves) and who have flatted before. Bonus if you have a sense of humour.

🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️About Us We’re two friends both in our fifties and feel like we’re in our 20’s 😊 We work as technician and in retail. We’re into music, art, diving, beaches, cooking and spiritual practices. We’re social and enjoy a good chat and flatmate shared dinner but also are busy and respectful of others space. We also love animals!!
