Karaka Village is continuing to grow, with new shops, parks, and community facilities being developed nearby. Public transport is convenient, with an hourly bus service that connects to the nearby train station in around 10 minutes, making commuting into Auckland easy.

We are a friendly, respectful household with four people, all aged 35+ and working professionals. We enjoy a quiet and relaxed home environment where everyone has their own space and privacy.

We generally only see each other during shared moments like cooking meals or occasionally watching TV together. Everyone is friendly, considerate, and respectful of each other’s routines.

Our household is multicultural, with two Chinese housemates and two Pākehā New Zealanders, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who will appreciate a peaceful home and become part of a friendly, easy-going household.
