I’m offering a fully furnished room in a spacious, relaxed home in Mt Roskill, backing directly onto Keith Hay Park. You’ll only be sharing the main house with one other adult most of the time, giving you plenty of space and privacy.

The room includes a single bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The house features a large lounge, sunny conservatory, spacious kitchen, modern bathroom, separate toilet and plenty of off-street parking. There’s also a bonus downstairs room that can be used for hobbies, extra storage or a home gym.

Rent is $300 per week, including power, water and unlimited fibre internet. Cameron Pool & Leisure Centre is just a 2-minute walk away, with CBD buses, supermarkets, cafés and other amenities all nearby.
