The lockable room includes a single bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe. The house features a large lounge, sunny conservatory, spacious kitchen, modern bathroom, separate toilet and plenty of off-street parking. There’s also a bonus downstairs room that can be used for hobbies, extra storage or a home gym.
Rent is $300 per week, including power, water and unlimited fibre internet. Cameron Pool & Leisure Centre is just a 2-minute walk away, with CBD buses, supermarkets, cafés and other amenities all nearby.
