The house has a large lounge, sunny conservatory, spacious kitchen/dining area, modern shared bathroom, separate toilet and plenty of off-street parking.
Rent includes power, water and unlimited fibre internet.
Keith Hay Park is at the back gate, Cameron Pool & Leisure Centre/gym is about a 2-minute walk away, and direct CBD buses are around 5–10 minutes’ walk.
$300/week for one person or $360/week for a couple.
I work full-time and am looking for a tidy, respectful and independent person or couple who wants a comfortable, relaxed home rather than a party flat.
The house is also home to a friendly Labrador and two cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable around animals. No additional pets and no smoking/vaping.
Another boarder lives independently in the self-contained downstairs area with their own entrance and facilities.
Friends are welcome to visit, and it’s a friendly household, but there’s no expectation to socialise every night.
