I’m looking for a lovely flatmate to join me in my sunny home. The house is by the Beckenham shops, close to town and the hills with an easy bus route and great bike lanes. There is an off street park as well as plenty of on street parking, and space in the garage for any gear. The room gets lots of sun and has a double wardrobe. I’m ideally looking for someone who is clean and tidy and keen on a relaxed, friendly home. I love being active and getting outside, and have two cats so being a cat lover is a bonus! I have a video walk through of the room/ house which I couldn’t add on roomies but am happy to send to you. Rent is $225 per week plus shared WiFi and power. No smoking/ vaping/ drugs.

You will be living with me, the owner (32, F) and a lovely French girl (25,F). We love to watch a show together at the end of the day and explore local spots. Equally, we respect each other’s alone time.
