The room & house is quiet and has a small garden to relax in at the back of the property. There are views of the Port Hills from the kitchen window, nice neighborhood. Walking distance to the supermarket (10mins) bus stop into town and lots of eateries and river walks plus port hill trails. Carparking space inside the property and use of the garage for storage

About the roomies

I like to exercise, bike riding in the mornings and running in the evenings, I go to bed quite early as I like to read & get up early to cycle before work. I am friendly and happy for a chat. I do some pet sitting so sometimes I will not be staying overnight. short term roomies are welcome who like living in a peaceful calm clean environment
