We have a room coming available in my 2-story lockwood home in Belmont. It is the larger room available, at $230per week covers all but food and toiletries. price includes fair use expenses of power, gas, internet (unlimited fibre) and bins.

The room has a built in wardrobe and comes unfurnished. The house is fitted with voice control lighting in the living areas, wired fibre internet and wifi to every room and outdoor cameras covering off street parking.

There are 2 Bathrooms with a shower and bathroom shared mostly with just one other flatmate. There is also a small home garage gym.

The house gets good sun all around with views of the valley and harbor, with a catio to chill on the deck with the two sweetest most affectionate cats you’ve ever met, if thats your thing.

With bushwalks nearby, 2 minutes from the motorway, 6 minutes from woolworths central Hutt and about 15 min from both town and Upper Hutt, you could have it all.

Bond of 2 weeks required to secure the room. Viewings available most evenings.

We are looking for just one person and no pets please (we already have 2 cats). Must love cats, they’re very friendly but are indoor only.

You will be living with the owner and two other flatmates, all 20s and 30s, mix of male and female, working professional. If you’re a bit of a geek you will fit right in, tho not a requirement.
