Looking for someone to join our 3-bedroom house in Hokowhitu, near the Caltex service station.

• Shared bathroom
• Off-street parking with a long driveway
• About a 3-minute walk to the bus stop
• Around a 7-minute walk to The Plaza
• Great location, handy to Massey University, the city centre and local shops

You’d be living with two guys:

• I’m a Master’s student at Massey University.
• The other flatmate is a young professional working for the Ministry of Social Development.

We’re both pretty easy-going, keep the place clean and tidy, and enjoy a relaxed home. It’s not a party flat, but the occasional BBQ or having a few friends over is absolutely fine.

We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful and easy to get along with. A student or young professional would probably be the best fit. Non-smokers preferred.
