We have a double room available in our flat in the heart of Pukekohe.

The room is $190 per week. Utilities are spilt evenly, usually around $25 per week per person. Move in costs include a bond of $760 and one weeks rent in advance.

Existing flatmates include a friendly, respectful couple and a single male flatmate. We also have a well behaved medium sized dog named Ramen.

This is a relaxed, social flat with flatmates who want the space to feel like your home too.

My name is Kerry. I am a 24 year old woman and also the head tenant. My interests include baking, cooking, cozy video games, animal behaviour and dog training 🐾.

My partner, Jordyn, is a 24 year old man. His interests include manga/anime, cooking, video games, and armchair sports (up the wahs!) 🏉

Both Jordyn and I enjoy board and card games, so there is an opportunity for flat game nights if others are interested.

The final flatmate is Tim. Tim is a 42 year old man. He is friendly, but a hard worker who does not spend much time at home. When he is home, he tends to keep to himself, although he is usually down for a board game if asked.

Jordyn and I have a 3 year old, medium sized dog named Ramen 🐶 Ramen is friendly and well trained. She is always excited to meet new people, but picks up on boundaries quickly.
