About the room
We have a room available in Saint Johns for $260 a week, this includes internet, power & water. Bus stop is right outside our house, & goes to GI train station so very close to everything! Preferably after a female. ☺️
Room is the master so it’s quite big, nice and sunny. Shared bathroom. Huge closet!
A little bit about us - we are mother and daughter, I’m 53 and she’s 31 and are home a lot. We’ve also got a 20 year old dog who’s a little bit disabled as a of age and cat so being ok with pets is a must 🥰! !
About the roomies
Hi! I’m Annabel, I’m 53 and look after my daughter who is 32. You’ll be sharing the place with both of us. Samantha my daughter has multiple chronic health conditions so we are home a lot if not at hospital appointments.
We also have a cat and a dog who is 20 and a little bit disabled so must be ok with pets!
