beautiful views right out to sea, over the mountains and up the valley the other way. the place feels like heaven! 5 mins from the beach, 10 from richmond and 5-10 from town depending on traffic.
house is kept very tidy, garage is big for lots of storage, couple of carparks off street and some on street at the bottom of the drive.

two guys in our 30’s, play a lot of beach volleyball, golf, cricket. very friendly, do our own thing. very peaceful environment
