Spacious home in Huapai and am looking for the right person/people to share it long term. Upstairs there are 3 bedrroms and a bathroom. Rent from $250 per week for a double bedroom (2 available). There is the master bedroom with ensuite $300 and if you wanted to use an additional double bedroom it could be a living space $430. The house offers plenty of room for us to have our own private spaces, while sharing the kitchen, dining and laundry areas. My bedroom is downstairs and I will use the downstairs lounge and you are welcome there too. There is a downstairs bathroom I will use but share when we have visitors.
A little about me: I’m a mature woman with independent grown-up children. I’m friendly and easy-going, enjoy my own space but also like a chat and a cuppa. I value kindness, honesty, respect and good communication, and I’m looking for a relaxed, peaceful home rather than just people renting rooms.
I also have an almost 5-year-old Maltese/Bichon who is well trained, very friendly and will do almost anything for a treat!
