Bathroom across the hall and shared with guests only. Large bathroom & toilet, lounge, modern kitchen. House has all mod cons and whiteware including chest freezer in foyer. You’ll also be sharing with Zoe my old girl of 13 years of age. Please note you must be very dog friendly. Last but not least you also get the most amazing views from the deck across the bays out to Rangitoto. A great place to relax after work with a beer/wine in hand.
Please note, this is not a party house but the odd friends and family are welcome for a BBQ/dinner.
