Hey everyone! We’re on the hunt for a new flatmate to join us in Maungaraki, move in ASAP. You have the option of two rooms. Rent for either is $235/week, paid one week in advance, which includes internet and flat expenses (toilet paper, cleaning products, etc). Power is split equally at the end of the month. Bond is $820. The lease is yearly with the option to renew. The unused room can be used as a study or for storage. There is also plenty of storage in the double garage. The flat has a washing machine, dryer, and a small dishwasher. There’s also a nice backyard with garden boxes if you’re into gardening! We can provide a chest of drawers and two bedside tables with the room. We are very close to a bus stop and the entrance to Belmont Regional Park, and 10 minutes walk from the Maungaraki shops.

You’ll be living with three of us – two girls, one guy in their 20s. We’re social and friendly, but also enjoy our own space. We’re very chill, and occasionally enjoy a few drinks and games with friends. We are looking for someone in their 20s or early 30s, and working or studying. Chill, tidy, and easy to get along with is the vibe!
