🏡 FLATMATE WANTED – TAHUNANUI, NELSON

I’m looking for a friendly, reliable flatmate to share my relaxed home in Tahunanui.

The available room is the largest bedroom in the house, with plenty of space to make it your own. You’ll also have the bonus of  shared** toilet and  shower/bathroom**, toilet being seperate,  so there should be no morning traffic jams or diplomatic negotiations over shower time.

Rent is $290 per week, plus a share of power and household utilities. If a couple , rent will be more but is negotiable.

You’ll be living with me in a friendly, easy-going home. I enjoy good food, good music, a laugh and the occasional social gathering, but this isn’t a permanent party flat.

I’m looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, financially reliable and sociable, while still being comfortable doing their own thing.

You’ll be sharing the house with me, Stacy (male!) I’m a chef, graphic designer and music lover with a fairly relaxed outlook on life, a sharp sense of humour and a deep appreciation for good food, good tunes and good people. The house is friendly and social without being a permanent party zone. I enjoy a yarn, a shared meal or a drink outside, but also respect privacy and everyone doing their own thing. I’m clean, considerate and easy to live with, and I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe. Basically: be kind, pay your way, clean up after yourself and possess at least a basic working knowledge of toilet-roll technology.
