The house: double-glazed & insulated, renovated house on a safe residential street w/very friendly neighbours. Off-street parking on gated driveway. Nice, quiet, and relaxing place to come home to.

The room: quiet, garden facing back room, approx. 4m x 3.5m; fits queen size bed and night table, desk, shelves and/or dresser (depending on size/orientation) – bring your own stuff.

Note the following are not permitted: cooking meat on premises, drugs, binge drinking, party house.
