The house is fully furnished, so you’ll only need to bring furniture for your own bedroom.

Outside, there’s a large backyard and deck that gets great afternoon sun — perfect for relaxing, having a BBQ or making the most of the warmer months.

The house has only recently been purchased, so the photos are the original property listing photos. Updated photos will be added once the owner has moved in and the house is set up.

Owner is a 26-year-old professional working as a graphic designer. I’m pretty easy-going and enjoy making the most of a sunny weekend with a drink or two, whether that’s at home or out and about.

I enjoy having my own space and doing my own thing, but I’m always up for a good chat, a shared meal or hanging out with the flatmates.

It’s not a party house, but I’m definitely not against having friends over or enjoying a respectful gathering from time to time. I’m looking for flatmates who are clean, respectful and easy to get along with, while still having their own lives and interests.
