Sunny room available in a beautiful, warm home — $220 + bills per week I have a sunny room available in a lovely home within walking distance of town. The house has an effective pellet fire, making it warm and cosy during the colder months. The bathroom would be shared with one adult and a 4-year-old child. There is also one other flatmate living downstairs who also has its own living area. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, considerate and comfortable sharing a home with a young child and a cat. Being genuinely comfortable with a child being part of the household is essential. The room is currently in the process of being set up. It already has a brand-new mattress, as shown in the photo, and a new bed frame that still needs to be assembled. I wanted to advertise it now while getting everything ready, so the room will be fully set up for the new tenant. A few important things: $220 per week + bills, 2 weeks’ bond required No smokers No heavy drinking or partying — occasional/social drinking is absolutely fine.
