About the room

An excellent room has become available immediately in a modern, warm, and quiet home tucked away on a peaceful back section in Halswell. It is currently just myself living in this spacious 3-bedroom property, offering a comfortable and uncrowded living environment. Couples are welcome to apply.

  • I can provide furniture for the room, or you can bring your own!
  • Rent covers all utilities (power, unlimited Wi-Fi, etc.) except your own food.
  • Large shared lounge and comfortable living area to relax in.
  • Modern kitchen with your own dedicated pantry and fridge space. Kitchen appliances, plates, and cutlery are all available to share.
  • Great bathroom setup with plenty of your own space.
  • Safe off-street parking (garage parking space negotiable).
  • Lots of extra storage space available in the garage for your gear.
  • Fully double-glazed, quiet, and warm home.

About the roomies

I keep a tidy, clean, and organised home. Looking for someone (or a couple) who is also clean, tidy, and respectful. This is a quiet household besides my music! No parties or uninvited guests unless agreed upon beforehand. PM me with a bit about yourself/yourselves (work, lifestyle, routine) to arrange an immediate viewing!

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
