Flatmate wanted for fully furnished room in new build town house. Room comes with ensuite, bed, sheets, towels. Will be living with one other. On street parking. No pets but must be ok with cats as planning on getting a cat in future. Close to Tauranga hospital and Fraser cove. Ideal for hospital placements. Looking for someone respectful, tidy, clean and able to pay bills on time.
