Hi We’re looking for someone to fill my room as I’ll be leaving this place in a couple of weeks, nice freshly painted house, very homely feeling. Living with all boys who are respectful, easy going but also like their own space. Room is decently sized. $200 pw including power. Central to everything very good location. We are looking for someone who is tidy, reliable, easy going and respectful. Over all we are all pretty chill people.
Benj- Benj likes his projects he’s always doing something with his hands. Whether it’s fixing things or pulling things apart. He’s very easy going, respectful. He is head tenant so he looks after all weekly payments along with monthly too. Full time sparky. He has a dog who is friendly. Loves to play his sim and games.
Reuben- easy going full time sparky, he’s down for conversations but also likes his space. Very chill, respectful and tidy he also plays games with Benj.
