The room is a large double with a double wardrobe gets heaps of sun. Very modern house only 3 years old. Open plan living, very warm house. Down long private driveway with off street parking. Rent includes power, gas, wifi, rubbish bins, household cleaning products and supplies, fortnightly cleaner 😊
