Hiya Renting out a room in our flat! Looking for someone tidy and respectul Its a brand new modern house bought early this year. We maintain a clean, clutter-free and minimalistic evironment The room is on the second floor and you’ll be sharing the largest bathroom in the house with just one other flatmate The room has a double bed for you The rent is $230 all inclusive of utiities - pls note this is at reasonable use

There is plenty of on street parking! Drury train station just opened - 5 mins away from the house There is also a bus stop right outside the house! The neighbourhood is the best! - Cycling tracks, running tracks, a park just a few minutes walk, a cafe right on the street. Walks are lovely!

Im Angel (owner) and im a nurse in middlemore. Im generally a busy gal juggling shift works, my study and my social life, therefore i love my private alone time! Im also down for a yarn and chats when im downstairs! There is a couple on the third floor with me. They’re very chill and wrk as engineers nearby There is another girl (who you will be sharing your bathroom with - shes clean!) - She is a teacher and very chill as well And there will be you! We are excited to welcome another flatmate!
