About the room

Sunny, comfy room available in Atawhai, Nelson. The house has a nice, large garden perfect for spending time out in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with both my own kitchenware and the owner’s. The neighbours are quiet, the house is quiet. Internet, water and council services are included, we’ll split the electricity down the middle.

About me: I’m a 36 year old, Mexican American dude, recent immigrant to NZ. I’m a big fan of the outdoors and being out in the sun. I’m a software engineer, work most days in the office, but occasionally work from home. I enjoy a good chat, video games and occasionally a beer or whiskey. I’m not a party person but enjoy a good dinner gathering. I frequently make Mexican food and am happy to share.

I’m here by myself right now, but my husband will join me in April/May of next year.
