Rent includes: Power, water, $30 a month Broadband/phone and house hold amenities. 2 weeks bond required and 1 week rent in advance . all the essential are on 10 meter walking distance supermarkets, hospital, gym, bus stop, different nations cuisine .

Friendly, and relaxed. Can offer food with an extra cost. LOOKING FOR: A like-minded person who is sociable and tidy. Ideally a working professional or mature student. References will be required
