City centre 5 minutes away,very handy to hospital, supermarkets, medical centres, restaurants etc. Very quiet safe area. Room comes fully furnished, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. No smoking or drugs. No cooking of strong smelly foods allowed.

2 professional medical people, 1 retiree. We all respect each other’s privacy. You must be quiet, clean, working and pay board on time. We have an old friendly labrador.
