This sunny unfurnished room is in a compact 2 bedroom unit where the bathroom is shared with another mature female. There are stairs to get up to the unit entrance. Small sunny deck but no lawns and no clothes line… I have a dryer. Street parking just along the road as the bus stop is close to the driveway. Electricity bill is halved

About the roomies

This room would most likely suit a mature female(50’s or 60’s)who works or has other interests apart from hanging out at home all the time. Might suit someone, already with a small dog but NOT a puppy. I don’t own a TV but a flatmate might choose to have one in their own room. Needs to provide own wifi. Non smoker Occasional drinker perhaps Drug free home No sleep over guests Reasonably quiet, drama free and has own life😊
